Manager_ Maintenance & Utility

• This person will be responsible for Mechanical Maintenance and Operations of Utilities

• S/he is responsible for ensuring quality performance, which includes cost efficiency, continuous improvement on processes, service, and safety for utility
• This role will also include achieving unit performance for uptime, equipment reliability, overall equipment effectiveness, and Utilities maintenance

• Preventive: Development Annual PM Plans, Checklists for conducting routine Preventive Maintenance, Machine History Cards. Implementation of scheduled maintenance programs, lubrication plans overhauls.
• Predictive: Development and implementation of data collection systems, Root cause analysis, CBM(condition based monitoring), vibration analysis , Thermography, Oil analysis, Ultrasonic leak detection, Collection analysis of thermal images, report and procedure drafting.
• Corrective: Development and implementation of corrective actions such as Laser alignment, Balancing, Lubrication plans, setting maintenance frequency.
• CMMS: Computerized Maintenance Mgt. System execution worked with SAP for material procurement utility data logging.
• Budgeting: Assisting in Annual Repair Maintenance (RM) budgeting, Coordination with vendors (OEM local) for procurement of spares.
• Maintenance special training: RCA (Reliability Centered Maintenance), Autonomous Maintenance, Boiler Operation Maintenance, Bearing Lubricants Management, Pump Troubleshooting,

Cost Optimization:

• Assist in preparing delivering maintenance Budget
• Execute troubleshooting and guidance to team members for problem solving and preventing maintenance related problems
• Optimize maintenance costs and equipment performance, by maintaining the annual budgets and SOP s
• Controlling the (Repair Maintenance) through development of local vendors by reducing spares procurement cost.
• Executing the CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) as per business requirement delivery of Projects within stipulated time and cost.

Safety and team Building:

• Insuring adherence to permit system for various types of work across plant.
• Creating safety awareness conducting training for permanent contract workforce.
• Carryout risk analysis for unsafe conditions rectify the same.
• Implementation of internal/external audits non conformance
• Responsible for maintaining upkeep of Fire hydrant, Safety ladders, Safety gadgets etc.
• Carry out accident investigation preparing AI (Accidental Investigation) reports.

• Graduate in engineering (Mechanical)
• 6-10 years with at least 2 years in the Alco/Bev industry.
• Knowledge of Brewing, bottling and packaging machines.
• Sound knowledge of Utilities - Ammonia Refrigeration System, Air compressor, Industrial Boiler, Water treatment plant Effluent treatment plant, CO2 Plant
• Must have hands-on experience of SAP MS office
• Analytical ability to facilitate decision making
