Company is having annual turnover of around 120 Crs & employee strength of 120 employees & they are providing international safety standard certified bay products by their e-commerce website & online market platforms like Amazon, Flipkart & other leading online & offline platforms.
Job Title Store Manager
Working days and timings - 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM (6 days working)
Location Changodhar, Ahmedabad
Experience : - 3-5 years of relevant experience (with team handling experience)
Qualification - Any graduate
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management & Control:
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
Validate incoming and outgoing stock to prevent discrepancies.
Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles.
Pick List & Material Transfer:
Oversee pick list creation and ensure timely transfer of materials to the assembly line.
Monitor and improve order-picking accuracy to minimize errors.
Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure smooth material flow.
Warehouse & Manpower Optimization:
Allocate and optimize manpower for efficient warehouse operations.
Ensure proper storage conditions for baby products, following safety and compliance standards
Monitor warehouse capacity utilization and suggest improvements.
Dispatch & Vendor Coordination:
Ensure on-time dispatch of materials to customers and vendors.
Track and resolve any delays in outbound shipments.
Coordinate with transport and logistics teams for smooth deliveries.
MIS & Reporting:
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on inventory, dispatches, and manpower utilization
Maintain accurate documentation of inward and outward stock movement.
Analyze stock variances and provide corrective action plans.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to warehouse safety standards and regulatory requirements. (ISO 9001)
Identify and mitigate risks related to stock pilferage, damages, and inefficiencies
Lead internal and external audits related to inventory and store operations.
