About the Real Estate Business


Parent Company:


  • An offshoot of Biological E, BEIS-Biological E Immunosciences Pvt. Ltd. Is a new age company for Groups Diversification into Real Estate. It is an entity being used as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) to assimilate the Real estate assets of the BE group under one umbrella and explore apt ways to monetize and turn them into stabilized revenue yielding assets.
  • The conceptualization of the entity is to be a Young and Independent brand and establish itself as an independent, self-sustained off shoot, backed by the expertise of the parent brand, with a primary focus on Real estate.
  • To start with, the brand is coming up with a 17 acre Four Lakh sft. plus R&D park at Genome Valley, currently called BEIS Park-wherein out of Five buildings- Three would be used by in-house entities and remaining Two would be let out on long term lease to third parties for their R&D labs requirements, e.g. brands like Novartis, Sandoz etc., thus the monthly Rentals being the source of revenue and the business model.


Job Title: Digital Marketing & Marketing Coordinator (Customer Connect interface).

Position Overview:


Social Media, Email/Digital Marketing and Traditional offline Marketing channel Coordinator Supports business development and marketing initiatives for BEs Pharma and Vaccine R&D Park, its space being Leased out to clients from Pharma sector, for their Research and Development needs. This role combines database compilation of prospective clients through various sources, communication through strategic Social Media such as LinkedIn, Instagram etc., Email outreach with hands-on marketing coordination, handling of offline media campaign aiming to drive engagement and generate leads within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.


Key Responsibilities:


Email Outreach and Cold Calling:

  • Research and compile targeted contact lists within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
  • Develop and execute cold email campaigns to potential clients and partners, introducing them to our facilities and services.
  • Craft personalized messaging for various client profiles to maximize engagement and response rates leading to deal closures.
  • Track and analyse response data to refine email outreach strategies, and maintain CRM records of contacts and communications.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with potential leads generated through email campaigns to discuss partnership opportunities and service offerings.

Social Media and Digital Outreach: Manage all forms of social media and social media campaigns.


  • Marketing Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and identify high-priority outreach initiatives.
  • Manage and implement offline marketing campaigns/ initiatives.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Gather and interpret data on lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and market trends to inform marketing decisions.
  • Prepare monthly reports summarizing email and marketing metrics, lead conversions, and campaign outcomes.
  • Provide feedback and insights on improving the effectiveness of outreach and marketing efforts based on data analysis and industry trends.

Desired Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing/Communications/Business or a related field.

  • 2-7 years of experience in handling Social Media, Email marketing, cold calling, or sales coordination, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive email copy.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mind-set and experience working with data to measure results.
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or vaccine industry and its regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
