Job Description
Responsibilities:
Pevelop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
Manage and optimize website content (including SEO best practices) to improve search engine ranking and user experience.
Create engaging social media content (including visuals) across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) to attract and engage potential buyers.
Manage and execute targeted online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to generate qualified leads.
Analyze marketing campaign performance and recommend data-driven strategies for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies in the real estate industry.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, design) to ensure a cohesive brand message across all digital channels.
Track and report on key marketing metrics (website traffic, leads generated, ROI).
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum [0.6-2 years] of experience in digital marketing is preferred, with a proven track record of success. But we would consider freshers depending on their caliber.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing principles.
Excellent analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
