Job Description
- Acquire new customers (biomass consumers and processors) in the region.
- Increase SOW from existing customers through value-added services and strong relationship management.
- Enhance platform participation to create a vibrant marketplace.
- Drive sales of value-added services among marketplace participants.
- Lead a regional sales team, optimizing sales processes using CRM tools to maximize productivity.
- Provide guidance and direction to achieve revenue targets and grow market share.
- Work seamlessly with Customer Success and Marketing teams to meet yearly objectives.
- Manage relationships with small and large customers, building trust at all levels.
- Provide insights on industry and market trends to the regional team.
- Implement and refine Go-To-Market strategies in collaboration with the COO/VP-Sales.
- Industrial sales experience in B2B or industrial segments, preferably in energy, biofuels, biomass, or related industries.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with proven ability to sell to senior management.
- Process orientation and expertise in key account and solution sales.
- Assertive, friendly interpersonal traits with a focus on performance and objectives.
This role offers the chance to lead the Go-To-Market strategy for one of India s leading new businesses, with opportunities to grow market share and drive revenue in a dynamic, emerging sector.
Supervision & Collaboration:This position reports to the COO/VP-Sales and collaborates closely with Operating Circle Heads and the Head of Customer Success.
