Industrial Sales Executive / Supply

Key Purpose of the role

This is a sales leadership role at BiofuelCircle, which is a platform connecting biomass buyers and processors. Here's what the job involves:

Sell subscription to the platform, ensure active participation of the customers, increase engagement for greater share of their business, sell value added services, generate revenue

Location: Gujarat, Punjab, Chennai

Roles & Responsibilities:

Supply Network Development

Main Purpose: You'll be responsible for growing the business in your region by:

• Bringing new customers onto the platform (both companies that need biomass and those that process it)
• Increasing business from existing customers
• Making sure the platform becomes a thriving marketplace

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead a regional sales team
• Find and sign up new customers
• Build strong relationships with customers, especially their management teams
• Help existing customers do more business on the platform
• Encourage customers to use additional services available on the platform
• Use CRM tools to make your sales team more efficient
• Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to hit revenue targets
• Guide your team with market insights
• Grow the company's market presence in your region

In simpler terms, you'll be like a regional business lead responsible for getting more companies to join and actively use the BiofuelCircle platform, while leading a team to achieve these goals.

Preferred Candidates Profile:

• Must have experience into Direct / Indirect Sales of e-commerce marketplace/software and software based solutions to the rural and farm sector
• Worked on Software/ Agri Tech / Farm Sector product company
• Should have Local Culture, Knowledge and Influencers
• Ability to sell e-commerce marketplace/platform/subscription services
• Ability to give platform demo
• Ability to create and manage relationships
• Ability to look at MIS and make informed decisions
• Ability to build Trust
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in local language
• Qualification: Agri Sciences/ Rural Business
