State Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 20 members, ensuring high performance and engagement.
• Assign roles and responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify opportunities for market penetration and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns that drive consumer interest and sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.
• Optimize sales processes and implement best practices for operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Agriculture & Marketing, or a related field. (Masters preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in B2C sales or business development, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing large teams (20+ members).
• Familiarity with the Gujarat market and customer behavior is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in agricultural software and data analysis tools.
