• Revenue growth from existing accounts Territory ownership
• Visiting agricultural land / fields for trial proposal, conducting trial follow-ups receiving and execution of order as-well payment collection
• Execution of field visits as per approved plan
• Dealer handling

2Business development for new accounts, generating leads and acquisition of new customers for the company

• New logo acquisition
• Lead generation via multiple channels (vendor and distribution houses, competitor analysis, end to end market solution)
• Conducting CDO Meeting and Farmers meetings
• Planning field visits
• Development and maintaining sales plan
• Branding of the new products
• Preparing and executing weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecast
• Feedback and information collection as well as market watch on competitors activity
• Manage all customer activities through the Customers Relationship Management Software (CRM) ensuring consistency and accuracy.

3Cross selling and up selling of strategic products for the company in existing as well as new account

• Number of instances of sales of strategic products

4Reporting

• Sending Daily / weekly / monthly reports to management
• Sending the minutes of meeting immediately after finishing the meetings
• Updating the management regarding the competitor strategy
• Provide timely feedback to the Director, Business Development- regarding performance, Sales activity reports and account strategy concerns

5Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and exceptionally good customer experience for Alfanzyme as a brand

• CSAT scores for the accounts in the portfolio should be as per company norms

6Organization Culture: Influence a culture of transparency, hard work, innovation, and continuous learning across employees in the departmento Improvement in work environment, motivation levels, and overall mindset of employees in the department
