Job Description
- Overall 10-12years experience in Selling (Data Center, Network and Security, Messaging and Collaboration, End-User Services, Information Management, IT Service Management)
- Candidate will be responsible to develop and implement sales strategies in local region to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Capability to translate the customer business issues into solution requirements.
- Shall be able to closely work with large OEM.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Drive deals from Opportunity, Identification, Validation, Qualification to Closing the Deal.
- Working Together with solution engineering team, interface and negotiate with the customer (finance and technical staff eg. CIO, CFO)
- High degree of commitment and goal orientations is a must
