Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

- Develop a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and addresses the evolving needs of our clients.

- Assess industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks in the insurance tech sector.

Product Development and Management:

- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and development through launch and continuous improvements, while adhering to Insurance industry standards.

- Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver exceptional technology solutions.

- Prioritize product features and updates based on their business impact, customer feedback, and current industry trends.

Leadership and Team Management:

- Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team.

- Cultivate a customer-focused culture and ensure the team aligns with the company's vision and values.

- Establish clear objectives, offer ongoing feedback, and create opportunities for professional growth for team members.

Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:

- Serve as the primary advocate for the product, articulating its vision and value proposition both internally and externally.

Performance Measurement and Optimization:

- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and identify opportunities for enhancement.

- Review product performance data and customer feedback to guide decision-making.

- Continuously refine the product development process to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5+ Years of experience in Product management, experience in a funded start-up is a must.

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in Software engineering will be strongly preferred.

- Under Grad Engineering Degree, strong preference in a CS degree.

- MBA degree will be a strong plus.

- Team building and handling experience.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex insurance tech concepts for a diverse audience.
