Bimaplan - Business Head - Travel Assistance & Insurance Domain (10-17 yrs)

What we're looking for:

We are seeking a driven Business Head to build, manage and grow our Travel vertical. The role involves a complete understanding of the Travel landscape. The role holder will be responsible for leading business development, client and travel product strategy, as well as, developing specific market plans that will create a robust pipeline for long-term growth for the Travel Insurance vertical. Responsibilities:

- Build the travel protection vertical from scratch and grow the same.

- Holds deep networks in the travel industry and connects with senior management at large travel companies.

- Has a deep understanding of the travel business.

- Create a network of travel agents to sell travel insurance using our portal.

- Responsible and accountable for achieving financial goals and managing the travel insurance vertical P&L.

- Listen to clients and market participants to identify and cultivate new ideas to fuel the growth of the vertical.

- Responsible for the overall growth of the category and customer engagement.

- Define and develop business plans and financial projections for the vertical.

- Drive innovation through differentiated product offerings.

- Has the ability to identify customer needs and effectively communicate position, negotiate, and drive sales.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10+ Years of experience in business development in Travel Domain. Insurance product experience will be strongly preferred.

- Experience in managing a P&L role.

- Graduate in any discipline

- MBA will be a strong plus.

- Team building and handling experience.

- Excellent writing and presentation skills
