Location: Delhi/NCR & Pan India Expansion
Reporting Office: Noida -63

Reports To: Director/Managing Director


Job Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Head to lead new client acquisition efforts for Delhi/NCR and drive our Pan India expansion strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strategic planning, and market expansion. This role requires strong business acumen, networking abilities, and a passion for driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a robust strategy to acquire new clients across Delhi/NCR and expand our footprint, Pan India.
  • Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement market penetration strategies, identifying new business opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed acquisition targets.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop data-driven strategies.
  • Networking & Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, generate reports, and present insights to the leadership team to optimize strategies.

Key Requirements:


  • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in the tech, SaaS, Software, or service industries.
  • Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in client acquisition, market expansion, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to build and lead a team of field sales professionals.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective market entry strategies.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, data analytics, and digital sales strategies.
  • Willingness to Travel: Open to extensive travel across India for business expansion.
