BigStep Technologies - Specialist - Marketing (3-6 yrs)

About the job:

BigStep is looking for a dynamic Marketer with 3+ years of relevant experience who can handle our Blog, Email Marketing, Website, Marketing collateral, Social Media presence, etc. The individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our Marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the online presence of the Company across all channels to get good top-of-the-funnel leads and conversions.

- Collaborate with the design & development teams to enhance the Company Website's content, visual appeal, and user experience.

- Update Website content regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance.

- Monitor website performance and implement improvements for optimal functionality.

- Create and maintain Marketing Collaterals, including Corporate Profiles, Case Studies, and other promotional materials.

- Create and edit business proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and other client-facing documents with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and persuasiveness.

- Design visually appealing presentations, and pitch decks using Canva and other relevant tools.

- Ensure consistency in Branding and messaging across all collaterals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for collateral creation.

- Research industry trends, company news, and related topics to create engaging and informative Blog content.

- Write, edit, and publish SEO-optimized Blog posts on the company website.

- Develop, and execute Social Media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

- Assist in the creation and execution of Email Marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

- Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.

- Design visually appealing presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials using Canva and other relevant tools.

- Familiarity with content management systems is a plus.

- Experience with social media management tools and email marketing platforms.

- The ability to use AI Tools for marketing content creation is a must.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic understanding of SEO principles.
