Opening in Corporate Finance Department (Investment Banking):

Job profile and description:

• Development of various types of financial models to value equity for mergers, acquisitions, and fund-raise transactions
• Draft various valuation models – comparable companies, precedents, and DCF.
• Prepare materials used in fund-raise transactions, including investment memorandums, management presentations, and pitchbooks.
• Screening of potential investors for the fund raise transaction
• Identifying negotiation factors for purchase price and deal structuring. Support the client in negotiating the valuation and commercial terms and conditions with the potential investors.
• Review and vetting of the term sheet, SHA, SPA, SSA and other legal agreements in relation to the Transaction/s.
• Constantly researching industry trends and technologies, as well as seasonality and cyclicality on cash flow requirements to provide knowledge and insight to clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to structure and prioritize activities
• Confidence and maturity to work with senior executives and leadership teams
• High degree of emotional intelligence to effectively deal with increasingly diverse clients and teams
• A worthy team player, dedicated to contributing toward the outcome desired by the team
• Communication skills are a must
• A keen eye for detail, superior financial skills, strong people skills, the ability to work at one's own initiative, the willingness to travel at relatively short notice, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Ideal Candidate

• 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in transaction/deal advisory, investment banking or consulting
• Qualified Chartered Accountant
