Senior Analyst- Investment Banking

Job Requirements:

• Analyzing Company Reporting documents to create Pitch Books, Company Profiles, Information Memorandums, Sector Reports, Newsletters, Competitive Financial Benchmarking, Target/Buyer Screening, Trading, and Transaction Comps.

• Proficiency in Financial Modeling, including detailed 3-statement Forecasting and multiple scenario analysis

• Knowledge of Valuation concepts including DCF, trading comps, and precedent transactions • Adept in reading and understanding financial reports, IPO prospectus, 10-Qs, 10-Ks, etc.

• Knowledge of databases such as CapIQ and FactSet • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills.

Skill Set:

• 3-5 years of experience working with IB, PE, VCs, and Advisory clients

• Exceptional analytical, numerical, and IB deal support skills

• Ability to work/manage multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines.

• MBA, CA, CFA, or an equivalent degree
