Investment Banking Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Identifying potential acquisition targets and strategic investors
• Prepare Company profiles and Industry overviews
• Prepare in-depth Pitch books/Information memorandums and Presentations in PPT
• Fairness Opinion Analysis (Comps, DCF..)
• Valuation analysis (DCF, LBO, Precedent transaction analysis, Comparable company analysis)
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively articulate ideas
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality output

Preferred candidate profile

The position calls for an individual with strong report writing and analytical skills having at least 5 years of experience in providing comprehensive backend research support at various stages of an M&A transaction spanning pre-deal marketing through to deal process and execution. Exposure to U.S. mid-market investment banks and boutique firms targeting small companies and specialized industries preferred.
