The Social Media Lead at BHIVE will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role involves managing BHIVE s presence across multiple platforms, leading a team, optimizing content performance, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive digital growth.

Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Manage and oversee BHIVE s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
Define and implement content calendars ensuring a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
Experiment with new social media trends, formats, and platform features to optimize performance.
Content & Community Management:
Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content , including posts, stories, reels, videos, and interactive formats.
Lead community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and queries promptly.
Identify and execute real-time marketing opportunities , leveraging trending topics and cultural moments.
Analytics & Performance Optimization:
Track, analyze, and report key social media metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions, etc.) using analytics tools.
Provide actionable insights to optimize content and campaign performance for better audience engagement.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and new opportunities.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Lead and mentor a team of social media executives , ensuring timely execution of content strategies.
Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
Work closely with PR, influencers, and brand partners to amplify BHIVE s digital presence.
Campaigns & Partnerships:
Develop and execute social media campaigns for brand initiatives, product launches, events, and promotions.
Build and manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships to enhance reach and credibility.
Ensure all social media activities are aligned with BHIVE s overall marketing and business goals .
Key Requirements:
5-8 years of experience in social media management, with at least 2 years in a team lead role .
Proven experience in managing and scaling social media channels for brands, preferably in B2B, real estate, or coworking industries.
Strong understanding of content strategy, audience psychology, and engagement tactics .
Hands-on experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.) .
Ability to lead a team , provide creative direction, and drive data-driven decision-making.
Experience in influencer marketing and brand collaborations is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, creative mindset, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends .
