Overview: As the Vice President - Projects , you will be responsible for the overall direction and management of the project lifecycle across our co-working spaces. This includes overseeing the execution of construction, interior design, renovations, and other space-related initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with design, real estate, finance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the company s high standards.

Strategic Planning :
Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects involving the development and improvement of co-working spaces and managed offices.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Ensure the alignment of projects with overall company objectives, including growth and market expansion.
Project Management :
Oversee day-to-day project management, including risk management, stakeholder communication, and change management.
Monitor progress on active projects, ensuring they meet agreed-upon milestones, timelines, and quality standards.
Establish and implement project management processes and tools.
Manage a team of project managers and other related personnel, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance.
Budget and Financial Oversight :
Develop and manage budgets for projects, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising on quality.
Review and approve project costs, vendor contracts, and financial reporting.
Stakeholder Management :
Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to align project initiatives with business goals and customer needs.
Maintain strong relationships with key external partners, including architects, contractors, and service providers.
Ensure regular updates are provided to senior leadership on the progress of projects.
Innovation & Process Improvement :
Identify opportunities to improve the design and functionality of co-working spaces and managed offices.
Implement best practices for project execution and encourage innovation within the project team.
Team Leadership and Development :
Lead, inspire, and develop the project management team to maximize productivity and collaboration.
Cultivate a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in business, Construction Management, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field; master s degree preferred.
Minimum 18-22 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a senior role, ideally in the real estate, construction, or hospitality industries.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software.
Familiarity with co-working space models and trends is a plus.
