Job Description - As a Executive- Social Media at Kalpita Technologies, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing social media strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand message across platforms and staying on top of trends to keep our digital presence fresh and innovative. ::Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Mass Media is preferred or a related field.::Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.::Strong understanding of different social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) and their analytics tools.::Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft engaging and relevant content.::Analytical mindset and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.::Creative thinking and ability to come up with original ideas to enhance engagement and brand presence.::Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.::Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience working with tech or IT companies is a plus.::1+ years of experience managing social media platforms for B2B or tech-oriented companies.::Knowledge of SEO best practices and how it ties into social media.::Experience with social media advertising (LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and budget management.::Knowledge of social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.::Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.::Roles & Responsibilities - Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with marketing goals, enhance brand visibility, and engage target audiences.::Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for each platform and set monthly/quarterly goals to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.::Content Creation & Management: Oversee content creation for all social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.::Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce visually compelling graphics, videos, and posts that resonate with the audience.::Develop a content calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns.::Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner.::Foster positive interactions and nurture the online community by initiating conversations and building relationships.::Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, including engagement metrics, traffic, and conversions.::Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and optimize content performance.::Present monthly reports to the marketing team and suggest actionable improvements.::Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media best practices.::Incorporate new technologies and features into strategies (e.g., AI, automation, influencer partnerships).::Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to support promotional campaigns, product launches, and events.::Align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies to maintain brand consistency.::Brand Awareness and Reputation Management: Monitor brand mentions and online reputation across all social channels.::Address any negative feedback in a professional manner and take proactive steps to protect the brand s image.
