We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to lead our brand s social media strategy, content creation, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative campaigns, maintaining a consistent brand voice, and driving growth across all social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Ideation and Strategy.
Develop innovative content ideas and strategies that align with brand objectives.
Ensure the brand voice is consistent and resonates with target audiences across all platforms.
Plan and implement engaging campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Content Management
Oversee the production, scheduling, and publishing of content across multiple social media channels.
Maintain a cohesive brand image while optimizing content for platform-specific audiences.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure high-quality content delivery.
Social Media Calendar
Design and manage an integrated social media calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, key events,and promotional activities.
Ensure timely and relevant content delivery to engage the audience effectively.
Monitor and analyse social media trends, cultural moments, and platform updates.
Leverage relevant trends to create timely and impactful content that drives engagement and brand loyalty.
Content Creation (On and Off Camera)
Produce high-quality content, including videos, graphics, and written posts tailored to platform specific requirements.
Participate in on-camera activities as needed to create authentic and relatable content for the audience.
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other creatives to deliver standout content.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
Excellent communication, creative thinking, and organizational skills.
Experience in influencer marketing and collaboration.
Ability to analyse performance metrics and adapt strategies for improvement.
