Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and drive the online business strategy. This role is crucial for overseeing the growth and profitability of our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing business plans, managing vendor relationships, optimizing the customer journey, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Execution:
• Develop and implement the E-commerce business plan in alignment with key business goals and stakeholder inputs.
• Ensure the execution of the E-commerce business strategy to meet and exceed P&L targets.
• Sales & Performance Management:
• Define and execute initiatives to achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis across various e-commerce platforms.
• Identify sales trends, analyse performance, and recommend strategies to boost online sales and brand visibility.
• Customer Experience & Journey Optimization:
• Map out and optimize the customer journey across all touchpoints for an exceptional user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tech, UI/UX, and development, to continuously improve the online shopping experience.
• Order Management & Logistics:
• Take ownership of managing livestock, ensuring seamless delivery of orders across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely order fulfilment and manage logistics effectively.
• Platform & SLA Management:
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on e-commerce platforms.
• Foster strong relationships with e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, banks, UPI, and wallet providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Product Catalogue & Content Management:
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of the product catalogue, ensuring regular product uploads in the required format on each platform.
• Ensure product images and content adhere to set SOPs for consistency and quality.
• Marketing & Brand Promotion:
• Plan and execute online advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and product sales on e-commerce platforms and other digital channels.
• Assess and optimize marketing budgets to improve ROI and boost online sales performance.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
• Build and nurture relationships with external stakeholders, including vendors and delivery partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely deliveries.
• Manage vendor performance and negotiate agreements to improve service delivery.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration:
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the e-commerce team to ensure optimal performance and development.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams (e.g., marketing, IT, product) to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably with a focus on multi-platform operations.
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Extensive experience in vendor management and building strong business relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Magento is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess data, identify trends, and take action to improve performance.
• Experience in running successful online advertising campaigns across e-commerce platforms and digital media.
