Role & responsibilities

1. Catalogue & listing on portals

• Collecting the listing details & images from the brand team.
• Adhering TAT of listings & making products live on the portal.

1. PO acceptance & Invoice generation

• Understanding the inventory levels & in-stock goals.
• Taking the POs as per the demand from the online portals.
• Accepting the POs & updating margin across customer codes in SAP.
• Creating the sales orders in SAP.
• Processing POs to the respective warehouses.
• Ensure billing & invoice generation.

1. Scheduling & Delivery management

• Regional Stock allocation as per the online orders.
• Book the slots on the partner portal as per the stock available.
• Aligning - tracking with transporters & warehouses for delivering the stocks as per slot.

• Managing day to day operations like Alphalite / Vendorflex from HO.
• Working closely with business and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
• Order execution and coordinating with SCM team for better fill rates.
• Solving all inward issues and Operational feasibility of the deliveries.
• Tracking the open POs vs free stock availability in the warehouse and execute the orders on time.
• Resolving the PCR and product related issues. Coordinating with the portal & internal team for timely slotting and RTV pickups.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have minimum 3-4 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations
• Should have strong experience in order processing, warehouse coordination, vendor management on customer portal
• Advanced excel proficiency is a must
