Job Title : Delivery Manager - HRMS Module (Human Resource Management System)
Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Manager for our Human Resource Management System (HRMS) module.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the HRMS module, ensuring that all technical and business requirements are met.
This role demands a balance of strong technical knowledge with excellent project management and leadership skills to ensure successful implementation and delivery of the HRMS solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of HRMS module projects, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
- Work closely with stakeholders (business, HR, IT) to understand requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the development, configuration, testing, and deployment phases for HRMS solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g, developers, QA engineers, product owners) to manage scope, timelines, and risks.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful integration of HRMS systems.
- Ensure that the HRMS system is scalable, secure, and efficient.
- Conduct thorough system analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage the deployment and post-deployment activities, ensuring proper training and handover to end-users.
- Monitor and track project progress using project management tools (e.g, Jira, MS Project, etc.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, status updates, and escalations.
- Lead the implementation of Agile or Scrum methodologies in project execution.
- Ensure high standards of quality control through regular reviews, testing, and quality assurance checks.
- Provide continuous improvement recommendations for the HRMS module to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Key Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or similar role within the HRMS domain or HR technology projects.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in HRMS platforms, systems architecture, integration, and software development (preferably with platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.
- Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, workflows, and business requirements.
- Hands-on experience in managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Expertise in integrating HRMS with other business applications (e.g, payroll systems, employee management tools).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Certifications in project management (e.g, PMP, Scrum Master, Agile).
- Experience with cloud-based HRMS solutions.
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations related to HRMS systems (e.g, GDPR, HIPAA).
