Head - Channel Sales
As a Head - Channel Sales at Bharuwa Solutions, you will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our ERP, Hospital Management System (HMS), Point of Sale (POS), and Human Resource Management System (HRMS), CRM products. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, identify and manage channel partners and achieving sales targets. Your expertise in the software industry coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills will be essential for success in this role.
Reporting to - President
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and maximize sales revenue.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Collaborate with the executive team to set sales targets and performance metrics.
2. Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and networking with potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our software solutions.
3. Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Work closely with the implementation and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Anticipate customer needs and proactively offer solutions to enhance their experience with our products.
4. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
Monitor sales activities and track progress against sales targets, providing regular updates to senior management.
Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities.
Generate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to support decision-making and resource allocation.
5. Product Knowledge and Market Education:
Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting the software market.
Continuously update product knowledge and sales techniques to effectively position our solutions against competitors.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for the sales team to enhance their understanding of our products and their value proposition.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven track record of success in software sales, preferably in the ERP, HMS, POS, HRMS, CRM domain.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Understanding of sales principles and techniques, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
