Experience:

- 2-5 years (preferably in corporate communications)

Role Overview :

- As the Marketing amd Branding Specialist of the Organization, you will be responsible for shaping the company's brand image and public perception.

- Your role will involve creating compelling content, conducting interviews, managing social media, and driving PR activities.

- You will work closely with internal teams, external media, and industry stakeholders to amplify our brand's presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation & Social Media Management - Create engaging video content, posts, and stories for social media platforms.

- Conduct and publish interviews with internal and external stakeholders.

- Develop a content calendar and ensure regular updates on all social media channels.

- Monitor social media trends and create viral-worthy content.

Public Relations & Media Engagement :

- Act as the face and voice of the company on digital platforms and in PR campaigns.

- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media houses.

- Write and distribute press releases, articles, and blogs to increase brand awareness.

- Organize media events, press conferences, and networking opportunities.

Marketing & Branding Strategy :

- Work with leadership to define the company's brand voice and messaging.

- Develop marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience (Farmers).

- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and agencies to produce high-quality content.

- Analyze content performance using analytics tools and optimize for better reach.

Educational Background - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or any related field.

Experience & Skills - Excellent writing, storytelling, and video scripting skills.

- Strong on-camera presence and ability to conduct interviews.

- Hands-on experience with social media management tools

- Familiarity with video editing and graphic design tools (Adobe Premiere, Canva, etc.

- Network in the media industry is a strong advantage.
