Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Branding professional to contribute to the launch and growth of our new D2C brand of spices, pulses, and oilseeds. This individual will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that builds a strong brand identity, drives customer engagement, and achieves ambitious sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy encompassing brand identity, positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
- Product Launch: Lead the successful launch of our D2C brand, including market research, product positioning, pricing strategy, packaging design, and go-to-market planning.
- Marketing Funnel: Design and manage the entire marketing funnel, from awareness and acquisition to conversion and retention.
- Digital Marketing: Execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels (Google, Meta, etc.), optimizing for ROI and customer acquisition cost.
- Content Marketing: Create compelling content (blogs, social media, videos, etc. ) that resonates with our target audience and drives brand awareness.
- Community Building: Foster a vibrant online community through social media engagement, influencer partnerships, and loyalty programs.
- Customer Insights: Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience.
- Website Optimization: Collaborate with the web development team to optimize the website for conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Marketplace Management: Manage our presence on Amazon and Flipkart, optimizing listings, advertising, and fulfillment.
- Data Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.
- On-ground marketing: Work on promoting BharatRohan Brand and increasing awareness about the Drone based crop monitoring services & agri-inputs across different rural locations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in D2C marketing, brand building, or a related field.
- Skills: Proven track record in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and data analysis.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of D2C marketing strategies, customer acquisition channels, and brand-building principles.
- Education: Master's/Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Passion: Strong passion for food, health, and building a brand that resonates with consumers.
- Personality: Self-starter, creative thinker, problem solver, excellent communicator, and team player.
