Associate - Marketing & Operations (2-5 yrs)

AptCulture is a dynamic organization specializing in Learning & Development and Talent Management. We are looking for a Marketing & Operations Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a fast growing company while working remotely with a focus on pre-sales, digital marketing, and program management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketing & Digital Presence:

- Manage social media and website content (www.aptculture.com).

- Create engaging content leveraging CEO/COO inputs, desk research, and industry resources (e.g., white papers, books).

- Use tools like Canva or similar apps to design visuals and marketing materials.

Sales Enablement:

- Support pre-sales activities through digital campaigns and CRM (Hubspot).

- Generate leads and assist in lead nurturing.

- Develop proposal and sales presentation.

What We're Looking For:

- Skills:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace tools (Drive, Slides, Sheets).

- Ability to quickly learn tools like Hubspot, Canva, and Webflow CMS.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience:

- Background in Learning & Development or Talent Management.

- Experience in content creation, digital/social marketing, and CRM management.

Other Requirements:

- Flexibility to work India evening hours as needed during certain months.

- A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
