Job Description
Bharat Science Lab (BSL) is a pioneering educational company dedicated to transforming the way students learn science. Job Overview:
As a Junior Researcher at BSL, you will play a crucial role in mentoring students with experimental science learning and guiding them to deep dive into concepts. You will research extensively to explore academic concepts before demonstration, attend R&D meetings and Socratic dialogues, observe and analyze students psychology, and develop yourself and the system as mentioned in the JR Handbook.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor students with experimental science learning, guiding them to deep dive into concepts.
- Research extensively to explore academic concepts before demonstration.
- Attend all BSL R&D meetings and BSL JR Socratic dialogues.
- Observe, record, and analyze students psychology to enhance their learning experience.
- Develop yourself and the system as mentioned in the JR Handbook.
Qualifications:
- UG or PG or above in any science discipline, specifically Physics, Chemistry & Biology
- Engineering graduates
- High potential research mindset.
- Passion for teaching and engaging with students.
Selection Process:
- General Screening: Includes a basic mindset, orientation, and psychology test.
- Technical Screening (Round-1): Assessing existing in-depth subject knowledge.
- Technical Screening (Round II/Final round): Assessment after subjective training.
After the final round, the candidate will receive a provisional joining letter, then attend the training and then receive the Appointment letter and start working passionately.
Nature of Work: Full-Time
Mode of Work: Hybrid Type
Payment Details:
- Salary Package: 2-2.5 Lakh per annum (20-25K per month).
