Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Academic Guidance:
- Handle Psychology content for both entrance exams (CUET) and domain-specific subjects.
- Create high-quality content for entrance preparation and domain studies.
- Deliver engaging and informative classes to students.
- Conduct interactive doubt-clearing sessions to address students academic queries.
- Student Mentorship and Mental Health Support:
- Provide one-on-one and group mentorship to students.
- Conduct regular mental health classes to promote emotional well-being.
- Offer mental health counseling to students facing personal or academic challenges.
- Career Development:
- Implement the "Map My Career" initiative to guide students on their career paths.
- Counsel students and parents based on personalized reports generated through assessments.
- Deliver school sessions on topics such as mental health, time management, stream selection, and CUET preparation.
- Career Compass Project:
- Contribute to the "Career Compass by PRATHAM," a personality-based career guidance initiative.
- Design and administer career-related psychological tests.
- Create detailed reports based on test results.
- Provide counseling sessions informed by assessment outcomes to help students identify suitable career paths.
- Test and Assessment Management:
- Develop and refine psychology-related tests to assess students skills, interests, and aptitudes.
- Analyze test results to create comprehensive and actionable reports.
- Use these reports to provide tailored counseling sessions for students and their parents.
Education and Knowledge:
- Master s degree or higher in Psychology or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and team members.
- Proficiency in creating and analyzing psychological assessments.
- Passionate about mentoring and guiding students.
- Familiarity with CUET entrance examination patterns and career guidance frameworks is a plus.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience in teaching psychology and counseling students.
- Strong expertise in content creation for educational purposes.
Personal Characteristics:
- Enthusiastic to learn new things and take on new challenges.
- Team player and capable of multitasking.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Highly organized, empathetic, approachable, and detail-oriented.
