As a District Manager (DM) at BSL, you will play a crucial role in monitoring the operations of BSL in your assigned district. You will represent the company to customers and stakeholders, introduce our CHETNA program to institutes, and collaborate with them to enhance science education.
Key Responsibilities:
Know about the company, its vision, mission, objectives, goals, and products, and represent the same to customers and stakeholders.
Visit institutes in the district, introduce our CHETNA program, and collaborate with them.
Communicate with institutes from collaboration to closing of a session, as the face of the company.
Organize joint meetings, training, or other meetings of all the Junior Researchers (JRs), if any.
Handle logistics associated with sending equipment to institutions and receiving it back.
Ensure sessions are conducted timely, as scheduled.
Collect feedback from both students and institutes periodically.
Ensure the quality of our sessions is consistent and reliable.
Organize team-ups with both institutes and JRs.
Collect payments from institutes and deposit them to the central office with proper documentation.
Report daily, weekly, and monthly activities to the central office.
Manage day-to-day operations without reporting micro-managements to the central office.
Follow the DM Handbook guidelines and SOP strictly.
Join general and special DM meetings as scheduled by the central office.
Be flexible to follow and adapt to updated responsibilities.
Qualifications:
MBA (Operations/Marketing/Sales) preferred
Graduation in any science discipline or technical background of B.Tech/M.Tech. (Freshers can also apply.)
Strong leadership mindset.
Problem-solving attitude.
Cognitive maturity.
Excellent personal and interpersonal communication ability.
Cognitive flexibility to learn new things periodically.
Selection Process:
Stage I: Basic Screening (Call based): Assessing overall fitness for the role. Those who will be screened for the second round, they will be requested to meet our CEO, with convenience.
Stage II: In-person General Screening : Assessing in person, about the mindset, cognitive orientation, and psychology of the candidate. After this round, if the candidate is selected by CEO sir, then they will get provisional company profiles.
Stage III: Leadership Screening: Provisional assignment of roles & responsibilities followed by a general training. Those who perform well in a testing period, they will receive the official Joining Letter, along with other required provisions.
