Plant Human Resource Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and Execute HR strategies aligned with the plant's goals, business objectives, and overall organizational strategy.
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
• Manage workforce planning and ensure optimal staffing levels to meet operational needs.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of employees, ensuring that hiring practices align with the plants needs.
• Partner with line managers to forecast future hiring requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Ensure the plants labor practices comply with legal standards and organizational policies.
• Act as a coordinator between Head Office and employees, addressing grievances and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain and update employee records in accordance with labor law requirements
• Collaborate with the safety department to ensure a safe work environment and compliance with occupational health and safety laws.
• Implement and manage employee wellness programs to improve overall well-being.

Qualification : MBA (HR) / MHRM

Experience : 12 – 20 years
