Job description: CASHe strongly believes that being able to pay in EMI should be available to everyone and not only those who hold a credit card or have a credit score. CASHe offers one of India's most accessible app based credit lending platform which instantly underwrites and disburses short-term personal loans to people who have never had a formal credit history, all through a smartphone app.

Job Description: • Deep background in BNPL payments is a plus.

• Excellent problem solving skills with a strong focus on customer success.

• Strong communication skills; ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.

• You should be a self-starter that can balance strategy with day-to-day running the business aspects, highly organized, and able to seamlessly prioritize a dynamic workload.

• Comfortable working in a very high paced environment

• Min 4 years of relevant BNPL exp(mandatory), ideally from an e-commerce, financial services or payments environment. MBA from Tier 1 institute

Responsibilities: • You will work closely with external partners and in-house team to build and run our BNPL solutions so that the solutions serve delightful experience on BNPL use cases for our customers.

• Balance business and commercial acumen, and communicate solution feasibility that drive the biggest impact on the business and value to the customers.

• Own experience, product and business outcomes.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape in the lending space.

• Needs to Liaise with internal stakeholders (Tech, Marketing, Operations) and external partners(merchants) to drive business
