Working at CASHE is worst experience all together, very high work pressure target and call job, very hectic and no proper office timing we have to start our work sharp 9am in the morning but there is not logout time it's depends upon company needs and daily targets. Manager asked to call customer after 10pm also. Management treating us like robots or machine. This is final warning otherwise next formal screenshot and call recording will shared on linked, twitter and National Human Rights Commission of India. Think before you join this company beware of Pavan B, Gaurav P and Daya V and Komal Chedda , Pushvinder kaur. They have ruined my life and now im hospitalized. Whoever reading this try to take necessary action please

Review about Cashe it’s a waste of time but I can review about one person very well Gaurav Patankar he is master mind in this company only fevers to girls and take the advantage like fli®t# and all () he support only girls not for boys & he used may girls ,To much pressure in operation department because of this person don’t know how to talk at all I think he came from labour area ( so che@p ,so disgu$ting , hindi mai cha#di ch##r ) . So be on Your limit Mr Gaurav Patankar and Pushpinder Kaur You need to take a very serious action on this other wise this will report to labour court we have all the message working hour times ,weekend works , how they force to work on non working hours and weekend . Raman sir it’s request gift him a girl toy .

Gaurav and Pavan are the stupidest people I have ever seen in my entire career & both of them doesn't have manners speak with anybody. They don't deserve to be executives, but they are associate director at Cashe. Fools, rather than blaming anybody else for your mistakes, start taking ownership and responsibility for your actions. For God's sake, please try to be real at least for 5 minutes. Gaurav shows favoritism towards some employees and mistreats those who are dedicated and hardworking. Pavan's unprofessional behavior is deeply damaging to the morale of the team. I feel demotivated stress and constantly anxious about the next unwarranted attack on our integrity and efforts. This working culture is frustrating and taking a toll on my mental health and others don't speak up because whoever stands up for themselves PB and GP takes revenge. And even after so many complaints and reviews Pushpinder ma'am hasn't taken any action against these two individuals. I guess someone will soon head to the labor court.

It is a startup, it was good working few years ago, later on it lost its charm of actually great place to work.

This company is full of poltics. No value for hard working and loyal Staff they lay off without proper reason.

Flexible working environment. Enhances one's credibility by empowering to work exponentially. The thriving work environment has tremendously enabled me to widen my horizons and opened up my learning avenues thereby honing my existing skills and to inculcate new ones.

Dislikes

At times, due to the intensive targets the environment can be felt a bit pressurizing however the satisfaction derived in the end only makes me more goal oriented.
