Head of Human Resources

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior HR role, preferably as an HR Head or similar leadership position.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and industry trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead with empathy and drive cultural transformation.
• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Human Resources or related field.
