About the Skills Development ProjectBhadragavi Skilling Enterprises provides job oriented vocational training programme (JOVT) at different locations in India. It includes a range of services like career counselling, market-oriented vocational skills training, guidance on workplace readiness skills, and market linkages for the job placement of youth specifically girls and women. The programme aims to create employment opportunities guided by the principles of Decent Work to young men and women from poor and disadvantaged communities through Job Oriented Vocational Training. Summary of the key FunctionProgram Manager cum Head of Placement Cell – Skills Development Program, Mumbai.
Program Manager cum Head of Placement Cell will primarily be responsible to manage skill development program designed to promote the employability of the youth. The incumbent should have good understanding of skill development program and have good industry connect particularly in IT/ ITeS, BFSI, Retails, E-Commerce, etc. to ensure all youth participants of the project get many employment opportunities through the industry linkages. S/he shall ensure all Training Centres are optimally functional, meets its targets and curriculum are followed. She/he will undertake any other task assigned by the CEO of BSE.Duties and Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities:

• Develop Project Implementation Plan in accordance to the project locations and set up team to execute the plan to achieve project deliverables,
• Identification of Communities, Collaborate with Colleges and Institutions for Youth Mobilisation to meet the project Targets;
• Prepare Training Calendar, including Guest Lecture, Industry Visit, Assignments, and Training Activities and ensure quality training is delivered as per the curriculum.
• Identify Lead Corporate Partners of IT/ ITES, BFSI, Retails, Logistics, Hospitality, etc. sectors and develop MoU for Job Placement to Support Youth Beneficairies.
• Prepare Monthly Plan for the Project Specific and Team specific and ensure timely execution.
• Prepare monthly and Quarterly Project report, document Case Study, as per the requirement. Prepare MIS, Data Base of HR and Colleges, ITIs etc. as asked.
• Organise Placement Drive, Job Fair, Corporate Interviews for Entry Level Jobs

Education:Post Graduate in Social Science / MSE with relevant experience. Experience5-7 Years of Relevant Experience in Skills Development Program in Similar Functions. Experience in managing project independently. Having proven track record of Industry Connect for Placement.Desired Competencies:

• Excellent team worker with strong oral and written communication skills and data management skills.
• Work with the team
• Experience in Providing Job Placement Services and Corporate Collaboration for Job Placement Drive
• Good connect with Colleges, ITIs and Institutions for collaboration.
