Program Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects, ensuring timely

delivery within budget and scope.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers

to align project goals and requirements.

• Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in production processes and

implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

• Risk Management: Assess potential risks in project execution and develop mitigation

strategies.

• Resource Allocation: Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and

machinery to achieve project objectives.

• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project reports, dashboards, and

communication records for transparency and decision-making.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in program or project management within a mechanical or

manufacturing environment.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a

related field.

• Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
