We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Admin professional to handle a variety of administrative functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in administration, with expertise in managing infrastructure, operations, and various administrative tasks, including event management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and maintenance.
• Handle negotiations with vendors and suppliers, ensuring optimal terms and agreements.
• Coordinate and manage all administrative operations within the organization.
• Handle purchases, including procurement, inventory management, and vendor relations.
• Manage travel arrangements for employees, including bookings, itineraries, and accommodations.
• Plan, organize, and execute events, both internal and external, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
• Provide end-to-end administration support, including office management, documentation, and internal communication.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in administration or related fields.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Experience in managing infrastructure, purchases, travel, events, and administrative functions.
