Retail Marketing Manager

About the Role:

Bewakoof is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Marketing Manager with expertise in offline retail marketing to drive in-store and around-store marketing initiatives across multiple retail locations. The ideal candidate should be a pro in managing retail store marketing, coordinating across multiple teams, and ensuring impactful brand presence both inside and outside the stores.


Key Responsibilities:

Retail Store Marketing & Campaigns:

• Plan and execute store-level marketing campaigns, including in-store promotions, digital integration, and mall activations where relevant.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent branding and marketing across all retail locations.
• Optimize customer engagement within the store premises and through localized activations.

New Store Launches:

• Develop and execute high-impact launch strategies for new store openings.
• Plan pre-launch buzz, opening day activations, and post-launch sustenance campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure compelling in-store branding and communication.

Creative Management & Store Branding:

• Work closely with the design team to develop and refresh in-store branding, signages, and visual merchandising materials.
• Ensure timely execution of creative changes and adaptations across all store locations.

Local & Offline Marketing Initiatives:

• Drive hyperlocal marketing strategies tailored to each stores catchment area.
• Identify and execute relevant mall activations, pop-ups, and on-ground events that align with brand positioning.
• Explore partnerships with local influencers, communities, and businesses for better footfall and engagement.

Stakeholder & Team Management:

• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and offline retail teams to execute campaigns seamlessly.
• Coordinate with vendors, mall authorities, and event organizers for offline activations.
• Manage a small team and ensure execution excellence across stores.

Performance Tracking & Optimization:

• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize effectiveness.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve store marketing strategies.
• Manage the offline marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
  
  

Who You Are:

- 4-5 years of experience in offline/retail store marketing.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior in physical retail environments.
- Proven experience in launching and scaling marketing for offline stores.
- Ability to plan and execute marketing activations in and around store locations.
- Skilled in working with design, marketing, and offline retail teams to drive seamless execution.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, and agencies.
- Strong organizational and execution skills with an eye for detail.

Good to Have:

- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG retail brands.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing to support offline sales.
