Job Summary:


The Assistant Manager - Customer Engagement and Campaigns will play a vital role in enhancing in-store and online customer experiences, building strong community connections, and driving store traffic through creative campaigns and events. The individual will coordinate across teams and agencies to execute targeted marketing initiatives for diverse audiences, including Gen MZ and loyal community members while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement Events

  • Develop and execute a quarterly marketing calendar targeting the Gen MZ audience to enhance engagement.
  • Plan and manage inclusive events such as TED talks, stand-up comedy shows, and music performances.
  • Oversee customer promotions and workshops aimed at enriching consumer interactions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of customer engagement activities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless event execution.

2. Community and RCC Member Engagement (In-Store)

  • Design and implement a monthly engagement calendar for loyal community members.
  • Drive in-store traffic through exclusive events such as KOL (Key Opinion Leader) meet-and-greets, watch parties during launches, and similar activities.
  • Create immersive in-store experiences like movie screenings, food tastings, cricket screenings, and interactive workshops to encourage repeat visits.
  • Ensure effective coordination with the RCC and Community teams to align initiatives with overall brand strategy.

3. Festive Campaigns

  • Strategically plan and execute region-specific campaigns during major festive seasons such as Diwali, Christmas, and more.
  • Develop exclusive festive offers to attract consumers and boost in-store and online visibility.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of in-store décor and customer experiences during festivals.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Manager (KAM) teams to address regional preferences and expectations.

4. Topical Campaigns

  • Create and manage a topical calendar focusing on events like Friendship Day, Independence Day, Women's Day, etc.
  • Plan innovative in-store experiences and activities that resonate with consumers on these occasions.
  • Leverage social amplification to maximize visibility and awareness for stores.
  • Capture and actively engage with Gen MZ audiences across multiple platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-6years of experience in event management, customer engagement, or marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Creative thinker with the ability to design impactful campaigns and events.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies is a plus.
  • Experience working with agencies and managing third-party vendors is preferred.
