Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage retail sales activities, including primary and secondary sales, channel sales, and distributor management.
  
• Develop strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers to drive business growth.
  
• Identify new opportunities for product placement in general trade channels.
  
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of general trade, dealer management, distributor handling, and retail sales principles.
  
• 1-6 years of experience in Retail Sales or related field (Paints & Building materials preferred)
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
