Recruiter Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team and specialize in recruiting for construction engineering profiles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Selection:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the construction engineering field.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications against job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback on candidates.
• Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• Talent Acquisition:
• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry events.
• Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and compensation benchmarks.

• HR Operations (Additional Responsibilities): Optional
• Assist with payroll processing and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Coordinate employee benefits, administration and enrollment.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the construction engineering field and its specific requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
