Profile: L1 Support Executives
Job description Roles and Responsibilities
• User ID Creation & Updating as per needed access in Active directory, Work on Admin office
365, Outlook related issue, Handling tickets & Provider Portal.
• Connecting with users to understand their requirements and deliver the best possible
resolution from Login & Access of User IDs Perspective.
• Handling On-Boarding of providers through tickets and tasks.
• Managing O365 Admin center along with its access policies and Advances settings in full as
and when required.
• Creating User Account to manage their access in AD and OU.
• Creating reports and keeping a track of O365 groups, Teams groups and Updating AD.
• Take calls of users on teams to provide satisfactory resolution to users
• Should have good working experience in Windows 2008,2012,2016.
• Hands-on in handling AD, DNS, DHCP
• Creating structured group policy and maintaining it • Knowledge on File server, DFS & Print server.
• Excellent trouble shooting skill on Windows infrastructure.
• Coordination with different teams or vendors
• Responsible to apply the monthly security patches and service pack deployments.
• Ability to handle day to day operation, server health check & incidents
• Capable to install the system management tool, Anti-virus & Backup agents.
Desired Candidate Profile
Tech or Computer Graduate preferred. Minimum 2-5 years of experience required.
Good verbal and written English communication.
