Transport Executive

Job Summary:
The Transport Executive will oversee the effective management and operation of transportation services within the university. This role involves coordinating vehicle schedules, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The successful candidate will liaise with various departments to optimize transportation resources and enhance student and staff mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage transportation schedules to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Monitor the condition and safety of university vehicles, conducting regular inspections.
• Collaborate with university departments to address transportation needs and improve service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and reports regarding transportation operations and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with local transportation regulations and university policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in transportation management or a related role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse environment.
