Role & responsibilities

Sales Invoice to be checked with client before sending across (Liasoning with Customer is important) Expenses to be cross verified from DMR Submission tracker updation Sharing the transport Billing status on daily basis. Monitoring drivers card transactions for all locations Monthly diesel reconciliation. Monthly Transport MIS for all location. Maintenance PO related invoices + Cash purchases to be verified on a day-to-day basis Transport related invoices to be verified on a day-to-day basis. All the reporting done daily, weekly and monthly basis. Location wise Hire transportation invoices checking. Payments follow up with account teams Expense checks include Diesel, Driver Bhatta, Fast Tag, Cash Vouchers & third-party transport invoice. Post these checks control over Diesel Reco, Fast Tag Reco, Cash Expense & Driver card Reco can be done. Preparing monthly P&L reports of vendors, Daily MIS reports. Monitor inventory stocks and prepare summary for the same. Monitor pickup services from clients through vendor team
