Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage transport operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers.
  
• Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to optimize routes and reduce costs.
  
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in transportation operations.
  
• Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve issues related to shipment tracking and inventory management.
