Role & responsibilities

• Sourcing, and short-listing Relevant Profiles (Portals, Consultants, Employee referrals, etc) as per the requisition.
• Maintaining the MIS for requisition.
• Screening the candidate as per the Manpower requirement.
• Scheduling Interviews and Follow-up.
• Provide feedback on profiles from the Online portals and References.
• Approval Mailer to HOD and Management.
• Releasing offer letter after the Approval.
• Employee Onboarding & Induction.
• Preparation of Appointment letters after verifying the required documents post joining.
• Preparation of Official Letter (Termination Letter, Warning Letter etc….)
• Providing the documentation and employees data for all statutory payments (PF, PT, Employee Welfare etc…)
• Addressing the statutory issues for employees and communicating it with HR Head and resolving (Entry and Exit date, PF withdrawals etc…).
• Maintenance of data in HRMS (Staffingo with employee info)
• Coordinating with the locations Incharge and Bank for salary account opening.
