Cnc Operator

Role & responsibilities

• Operate CNC Machines: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precise valve components according to technical specifications.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure correct machining of valve parts.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments to ensure they meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
• Tool and Machine Maintenance: Select appropriate tools, perform routine machine maintenance, and troubleshoot machine issues to ensure smooth operation.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Collaboration and Process Improvement: Work with engineering and quality teams to improve machining processes, efficiency, and reduce production errors.
