The role involves handling customer enquiries and handling techno-commercial discussions and providing support to customers for any enquiries or orders.
With technical background of control valves, bellow seal gate, globe, check, ball valves, and related products will be an added advantage
The candidate should be target orientated & self-starter & building new client relationships while ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and maintaining active engagement with existing clients.
The position involves key role to attend customer complaints & supports at site.
Extensive travel required across these regions.
Handle vendor registration by submitting vendor approval documents.
Conduct regular plant visits and meet with end users such as Maintenance Managers and Instrumentation Managers.
Generate inquiries regularly, understand purchasing trends, and analyse sales data to present reports to management.
Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their requirements, project status, and new opportunities.
Assist in various activities related to domestic business promotion and growth.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Sales Team Leader, Manager or Director.
