Remote Operations Manager

We are looking for a proactive and innovative Remote Operations Manager to support our restaurants and production kitchen operations in the Netherlands. This individual, based in India, will play a key role in ensuring efficient logistics and operations while also collaborating closely with the sales team to drive growth and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery Coordination
• Coordinate with riders and kitchen teams across all restaurant locations to ensure prompt and efficient delivery.
• Implement strategies to optimize delivery times and improve customer satisfaction.
• Restaurant Operations Management
• Remotely oversee the daily operations of all restaurant locations to maintain quality and consistency.
• Monitor inventory, coordinate supply needs, and troubleshoot any operational challenges.
• Production Kitchen Operations Management
• Supervise the centralized production kitchen, focusing on streamlined processes and consistent quality.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate dispatches to all restaurant locations.
• Inter-Location Delivery Management
• Oversee distribution from the production kitchen to restaurants, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
• Optimize routing and schedules to reduce delays and maintain supply flow.
• Budget Planning & Cost Control
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives to support overall profitability.
• Track key financial metrics and suggest areas for further optimization.
• Staff Training & Development
• Develop and implement training programs for staff to improve operational skills and customer service.
• Regularly assess staff performance and foster personal development to create a motivated, high-performing team.
• Sales Conversion & Strategy Development
• Support the sales team in converting difficult sales by analyzing customer needs and proposing effective solutions.
• Develop creative ideas to boost sales, including promotions, menu adjustments, and local marketing efforts.
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to align on strategies that can drive customer engagement and loyalty.
• Customer Feedback & Quality Assurance
• Gather customer feedback through online reviews, surveys, and restaurant reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Work with teams to implement adjustments based on feedback, ensuring consistent quality and satisfaction.
• Market Analysis & Strategic Planning
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Use insights to recommend adjustments in menu offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
