Job Summary:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Head to lead our IT Delivery and Sales efforts, specifically focusing on US Staffing.

- The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT operations, service delivery, and sales, with a proven track record of success in the US market.

- This role requires a strategic leader who can drive business growth, manage offshore teams, and build strong client relationships.

- You will be responsible for expanding our client base, optimizing delivery processes, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the US IT staffing market.

- Utilize your extensive network and connections with System Integrators (SIs) and medium enterprises to generate new business opportunities.

- Combine personal networking with advanced lead generation systems to identify and pursue new logos, expanding our client base and market reach.

- Leverage established relationships and industry connections to generate leads and secure high-value clients.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.

- Lead the development of compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

- Manage and mentor offshore recruiting and account management teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

- Oversee the US IT recruitment process, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and client requirements.

- Ensure the delivery of high-quality IT staffing services that meet or exceed client expectations.

- Utilize project management methodologies and tools to manage client engagements and ensure timely delivery.

- Analyze and optimize delivery processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and addressing their needs.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the IT delivery and sales teams.

- Set performance goals, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.

- Identify training needs and provide opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.

- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, delivery metrics, and market trends.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in IT operations or service delivery, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Proven experience managing offshore recruiting and account management teams is highly desirable.

- Proven track record in IT Services sales with a focus on Staff Augmentation in the US market.

- Hands-on experience in sales and business development, specifically in the IT professional services industry.

- Extensive network and connections with SIs and medium enterprises in the US.

- In-depth understanding of the US IT recruitment process and operations.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.

- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.

- Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization and problem-solving.

- Ability to work US shift hours.
